Spinning has become one of the largest fitness programs at the Y. We love what we do and believe that the most important part of any fitness program is helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals. Regardless of your age, coordination or fitness level, the Spinning program is designed to bring health and fitness to every lifestyle. Spinning has helped hundreds of people get into the best shapes of their lives, and at the Y it is more than just a workout—it’s about community.
On Spinner bikes, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout. Knowledgeable and inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors — the core of Spinning — ensure riders enjoy the journey. They lead you through a workout that simulates riding outside. Be sure to bring water, a towel and headphones to class.

Bike Reservation: First come, first serve—no bike reservations required. Please refrain from reserving bikes for others who arrive later than you.
First-time spinners should arrive to Spinning class to make sure the instructor can properly set them up on the Spinning bike 15 minutes early.
Throughout the year, the YMCA of Youngstown offers a variety of special rides – several are held outdoors!
